Guests will be offered fruit choices and a table with a variety of cheeses, hams and sausages French, Swiss and Spanish.
For cocktail hour we will offer snacks such as mini-burgers, a variety of olives, mushrooms and breads.
Among the drinks are a variety of different fruit flavors Mojitos, Californian wines and Scottish whiskey
Dinner will be served at dusk and we will have two options, one will be a tenderloin beef in port wine sauce and the other option will be a stuffed turkey bacon and plums, accompanied by fresh steamed vegetables and potatoes sauteed in butter and parsley.
We will also offer a choice of salad tomatoes and aubergines with cheese tofu for vegetarians. Lastly we will offer assorted desserts and cake will be red fruit t white chocolate
